SHIPPING & RETURNS

In order to be updated about the delivery status of your parcel and to be promptly contacted in case of unexpected events (we might not find you at the address you provided),  we kindly ask you to fill in your phone number at CHECKOUT.

All shipments are insured against theft and accident damage. 

Regina S.r.l. is not responsible for any custom duties or import taxes and they will not be refunded in case of a return. 

Delivery times are sensitive to change and not guaranteed because of a number of unforeseen reasons not directly dependent by Regina S.r.l. .

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 28 days of the merchandise's delivery date.

Return Shipments are free.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Reginastore.com. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Return Terms and Conditions:

• Items to be returned must not have been worn, washed or alterated in any way and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories ( dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc ) received with the order.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used.
